I returned from a family reunion of my first cousins (our mothers were Three Sisters) this month and we reconnected without missing a beat. Now, some of the group had not seen each other in more than 20 years but the great experiences we had together as we were growing up somehow brought us forward. How fascinating that we saw each other as we were as children and teenagers 20 years later.
It was fun to fill in with our adult lives.
